Hallo alle zusammen,
hab mal eine kurze Frage an alle, die eine größere Hochzeit feiern.
Bei der Mittagstafel haben natürlich vorerst alle ihren fixen Sitzplatz. Bestimmt ihr für die Abendgäste auch die Tische, wo wer sitzt oder nicht?
Da ich ja (trotz Aufforderung für Zu- bzw. Absage auf Einladung) bisher noch keine Info habe, wer am Abend kommt und wer nicht, weiß ich jetzt nicht genau wieviel Personen wir sein werden. Jetzt ist meine Frage, ob ihr glaubt, dass es recht chaotisch wird, wenn ich einfach sage, es kann sich jeder hinsetzen wo er oder sie will. Oder teilt ihr die Abendgäste tischweise ein????

Wir werden auch eine große Hochzeit haben und ich dachte mir das so:
Am Tag- für jeden - eh klar :)
Am Abend werde ich eine Sitzordnung Tischweise erstellen, das heißt zwei Kärtchen pro Tisch mit zB: Arbeitskollegen oder Verwandtschaft Petra
Chaos glaub ich wirds keins, aber für Gesprächsstoff ist glaub ich besser gesorgt, wenn du "Vereins"- mäßig zusammensitzt.

Wir werden auch keine Tischkärtchen für Abendgäste haben, nachdem ich mitm Wirten gesprochen hab und das dort anscheinend gar nicht üblich ist. Aufgrund der Gegebenheiten ist das auch wirklich bei uns gar nicht notwendig.
Auf der letzten Hochzeit, wo ich als Gast war, sind auch an den drei Tischenden (E-Form) jeweil 2 Kartenaufsteller mit ner Gruppe: "Arbeitskollegen xy" , "Verein xy" ... gestanden.
Ich finds jedes Mal wieder schlimm, wenn sich die Gäste nicht mal melden, ob sie kommen oder nicht, das regt mich so auf :evil:
Ich hab auch ein paar Kandidaten, wo ich nun nachrufen darf. Als ob wir Brautpaare nicht ohnehin genug zu tun hätten!
Aber Gruppen-Kärtchen sind voll OK! Würd ich bei Bedarf auf jeden Fall auch machen.
Dann hast du das Problem mit den Gästen, die event. nicht kommen, auch nicht. Leere Plätze sehen ja sowas von bescheuert aus, find ich.
