Hallo,
könnt ihr mir jemanden empfehlen der gute und preiswerte Brötchen (ca. 300 Stück) für unsere Agape im August liefert. Die bekannten wie Canapeschmiede, Duran, Tauber,... habe ich im Internet schon abgecheckt. Vielleicht hat ja noch jemand einen heißen Tip für mich, bevor ich sie bestelle. Würde mich sehr darüber freuen.

Hnuta ist zu unserer Hochzeit auf Betriebsreise bzw. Betriebsurlaub und Trzesniewski ist mir auf die Anzahl zu teuer. Die machen zwar super Brötchen, verlangen aber im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Anbietern (meiner Ansicht nach) zu viel.
bei Interesse schick ich dir gerne Kontaktdaten von einem Caterer, der wirklich sehr gut ist, dies allerdings nur als Hobby macht. Bei dem brauchst auch keine Angst haben, dass er linkt oder irgendwas nicht einhält, weil er beruflich ein sehr hohes Tier bei der Polizei ist.

Wir haben bei der Canapeschmiede bestellt und diese dann noch mit Trzesniewski ergänzt. Ich finde, C.s. ist ziemlich günstig - wenn auch die Brötchen nicht sooo groß sind. (Haben allerdings bei der Hochzeit nix davon gesehen, da wir mit den Gratulationen beschäftigt waren! ;-))
wir werden keine brötchen nehmen, sondern jourgebäck (speck- und käsestangerl). brötchen können nämlich ganz schön ungustiös aussehen, wenn die sonne draufscheint (ausgetrocknet, belag mit aufgerollten rändern, schwitziger käse, etc).

Hallo,
da die Brötchen bis zur Agape natürlich gekühlt werden und dann auch nicht in der Sonne stehen werden, sollte das für 30-45 Minuten auch kein Problem sein, denke ich.
Bin selber auch gerade am Recherchieren. Finde http://www.canapeschmiede.at grad recht günstig. Haben auch Komplett-Angebote für Agape.
Aber wie gesagt, bin nur bei meiner Recherche drauf gestoßen, hab keine persönliche Erfahrung damit.
