Hallo  :D
bei uns ist es ja so, dass die Gäste (Tafel und dann Abendgäste)
einen Gästeanstecker bekommen.
Wieviel würdet ihr sagen soll ich machen bei ca. 250 Gästen. Teilweise
kommen die Gäste die zwar am Abend eingeladen sind aber nur zur Kirche...

Ich war bei einer Hochzeit bei der eine Gästeliste geführt wurde, sprich man meldete sich mit Namen an und je nachdem ob geladen oder nicht bekam man dann einen Anstecker oder auch nicht.

Fand ich eigentlich gut gelöst und auch den nicht geladenen Gästen war es nicht unangenehm soweit ich dass beobachten konnte.

hast du dir schon überlegt, ob ALLE einen anstecker bekommen oder nur die männer. ich habe ursprünglich welche für alle welche machen wollen, dann haben mir aber viele damen gesagt, dass sie ihre kleider nicht zerstechen wollen- jetzt bekommen nur die männer welche, und bei uns nur die, die auch zur tafel eingeladen sind.
freunde und familie bekommen schon welche vorher, und die anderen bei der agape...

Da bei uns nur die Taggäste komplett frei gehen und die Abendgäste Tischwein  oder 2 Getränke und Mitternachtsimbiss bekommen, erhalten auch nur die Taggäste einen Anstecker. So ist es für die KellnerInnen leicht ersichtlich, wer zahlen muss und wer nicht
