hallo,

ich brauche bitte eure hilfe, wärd ihr so nett und würdet in euren kostenaufzeichnung nachschauen was ihr so für die getränke bezahlt habt. wir sind nämlich gerade am überlegen wieviel wir da ca kalkulieren sollen pro person.

ahja und seid so lieb und schreibt dazu wo ihr geheiratet habt - also stadt oder land - weil da sind die preise zum teil doch sehr unterschiedlich!!

wir haben für 25 personen ca 800 euro bezahlt (nachmittag sektempfang, bier und antialkoholisches, und den ganzen abend bis ca 2uhr morgens) inkl. kaffee und schnäpse (waren aber nur 11),
bräutigam-  und brautenführung jeweils nochmal 100 euro für sekt und bier (wurde von beiständen bezahlt)
normale preise von einem guten landgasthaus

aber unser Catering rechnet ca . 1050 € für 57 Personen !
und das is GUT berechnet !

Bier vom Fass , Wein , Mineral , Orangensaft , Pago , Cola , Prosecco , Grapa ... K-Fee

man muss mit ca. 20€/person rechnen - am land ist es wahrscheinlich billiger.

hallo!

wir haben in wien umgebung geheiratet.
es waren 43  erwachsene und 11 kinder.
fürs buffett hat er 25,- Euro (nur Erwachsene, Kinder gratis) berechnet.
Getränke hatten wir alle  antialkoholischen, bier, wein und sekt kaffee, tee usw. und sektempfang-
schnäpse und andere harten getränke waren frei.
von ca 18-ende (halb 5)

insgesamt haben wir 1970,- Euro bezahlt.
Total wenig wie ich finde.
Also 1075,- F+r Buffett, und 895,- Euro für Getränke.

Allerdings muß ich dazu sagen, das wir nur 9 Grad draußen hatten, da trinkt man eher weniger als im Hochsommer.

Guter Tip ist auch, Mineralwasser hinstellen. Weine aber nicht. Da bestellen sie viel weniger und Mineral ist ja viel billiger als Säfte. Wenns einen Durst haben, habens zuerst Mineral getrunken. War jetzt von uns nicht beabsichtigt, da mir egal war was die Leute bestellen, ist uns aber im Nachhinein aufgefallen.
Also wennst sparen willst oder mußt, ist  ein guter Tipp!

Wir hatten 1350€ für etwa 115 Gäste. Man muss aber dazu sagen, dass sehr wenig Wein und viel Mineral getrunken wurde und wir außerdem am Land geheiratet haben. ES war ein sehr heißer Tag (keine unwesentliche INfo!) Harte Getränke und Schnäpse wurden keine gezahlt.

hm - das is ja wirklich sehr unterschiedlich ... also wir werden wahrscheinlich so 20 -22 euro einrechnen ... heiraten in gumpoldskirchen - die getränkepreise sind in dem lokal sowieso schon teurer ... da werden wir ja dann hoffentlich durchkommen!!

beim neuwirt in vigaun. das essen war super lecker und alles andere - vom gastgarten bis zum service -  war auch total super!
ich kann den neuwirt in jeder hinsicht  empfehlen.

beim abrechnen hat es uns positiv aus den socken gehauen

frag doch mal ob eine getränkepauschale möglich wäre. es gibt lokalitäten die das anbieten und man weiß dann schon vorher womit man finanziell rechnen muss.
